Two brothers, 6th generation of a wine family since 1839, located in a small and charming village, South Est of the city of BORDEAUX, France, called Saint Michel de Lapujade.
Passionate about wine with a family Vineyard fully certified Organic; the learning of brewing beers few years ago was such a discovery… The beginning of an outstanding story we want to share!
LA BOISSE, got its name from our nick name as kids, was developed with the wish of crafting, producing and sharing this « Potion Maltée »… by controlling its brewing process and carefully selecting organic malts and hops. A fully manually brewing that requires control of authentic brewing techniques to obtain a well-balanced and refreshing beer with its own character.
LA BOISSE has its own appeal and will charm you by its finesse and aromas.
